LA Artcore is pleased to present ππ― π¨π³π’π·πͺπ΅πΊ π΅π° π°π―π¦ π’π―π°π΅π©π¦π³, a two-artist exhibit featuring recent works by Los Angeles-based artists Ann Gooding and Nicholette Kominos.
Through works in painting, mixed media, and sculpture, ππ― π¨π³π’π·πͺπ΅πΊ π΅π° π°π―π¦ π’π―π°π΅π©π¦π³ engages awareness upon forces of change that define daily life and the world at large. Ecological collapse amidst social isolation pervades the paintings of Ann Gooding, where tensions activate between structured compositional methods, gestural brushstrokes, and chromatic symbolism. Gooding draws upon the art-historical legacies of Minimalism and the genre of landscape.
